REZUMAT

Laringocelul este reprezentat de o evaginare anormală a membranei mucoase a ventriculului laringian Morgagni, fiind umplută cu aer şi comunicând cu lumenul laringian. Simptomatologia este frecvent intermitentă, dând episoade recurente de disfonie şi dispnee. Excepţional, peretele chistului aerian se poate canceriza. Acest caz a fost raportat datorită asocierii carcinomului laringian cu laringocelul extern.
